You can change the size of the type on NueLife.com’s pages.
Click any of the three ‘A’s near the top right section of the page to increase or decrease the text size.
How can I register to NueLife.com?
With a user login name, password and e-mail address, your NueLife registration allows you to participate in the interactive features of our site, such as blogs and message boards. You will also have access to tip sheets, personalized tools and other new features of our site as we develop them. It is free, easy and requires entering only your valid email address, a username, a password of your choosing and a few other items of information.
Your username will be displayed next to your message when you post a discussion message or participate in blogs and message boards. You may register with your full name or any acceptable nickname that is not in use already.
Type the name carefully and choose a password you will remember. On future visits, you will not need to log in with your username and password unless you log out of the NueLife website or use a different computer. However, in the future, if you need to log in, you must type your username and password exactly as you typed it during the registration process. It may be helpful for you to write down your username and password in a safe place so that you can refer to it if you forget how you registered. You only need to register one time and you should not complete multiple registrations.
If you would like to register, simply click ‘Register’ in the top left hand side of the page. You will also be prompted to register if you attempt to access any featured services that require member access within this site (such as saving Tools or posting comments to blogs).
Once you complete the required fields, click ‘Register Now’.
Your NueLife Personal Page will appear and you can start enjoying the benefits of free membership.
How do I login to NueLife.com?
Once you have registered, you should not have to log in during subsequent visits unless you log out or use a different computer.
To log in, click the ‘Register/Login’ button at the top left hand side of the page.
What if I lost my password?
If you have lost your password you can have a new one emailed to you.
Click ‘Lost Password’ below the Login boxes to open a password request page.
Type the username and email address you used when you registered for NueLife and click ‘Send Password’ to have a new password sent to you by email.
Return to the main NueLife homepage and log in with your username and your new password (copy and paste your password from the email notification).
Note: If you forget your username or the email you used when you registered, send an email to webmaster@nuelife.com requesting your username and a new password. Be sure to include what you do remember, either the username and/or email address you used when you originally registered.
How can I navigate NueLife.com?
Use the navigation bar on the left side of the page to go to the main sections of the NueLife website. Featured sections can be viewed through the green-colored featured buttons at the top of the page. Community features, which require member access, can be viewed through the orange-colored featured buttons at the top of the page.
Place your mouse pointer on any navigation button, and click the button to open the main page for the section.

Click ‘Site map’ at the top of any page on the web site. A page listing NueLife's major categories and subsections appears.
Click on the name of the page you want to open.
What is My NueLife Community?
My NueLife is the community section of NueLife.com. This is where you can build a profile and start using the many community features and tools, such as NueLife.com’s Tools, Tip Sheets, Message Boards, and Blogs, specifically for adults 55 and older. Once you register to take part in My NueLife and its features, your own personal page, called “My NueLife Personal Page,” will be created.
What is My NueLife Personal page?
When you register with NueLife.com, you create a customized account that becomes your own personal page, called “My NueLife Personal Page” – where you can view all of your saved Tools and Tip Sheets. NueLife.com will also provide you with recommendations for other Tools and Tip Sheets that might be of interest to you. This page will remind you of your latest message board and blog activity, while recommending other postings on similar topics. You will be able to add, delete or change any information on this page as well and update your account.
What are My Tools?
NueLife.com provides interactive Tools throughout the site that can help you keep track of your health over time. They appear in highlighted boxes. You can use the Tools and save them to My NueLife Personal Page so you can easily find them and add to them. You can also share the tools with a friend, family member or caregiver or print them out to take to your next doctor’s visit.
What are My Tip Sheets?
NueLife.com offers a variety of Tip Sheets to help you with everything from questions to ask your doctor to how to exercise safely. These valuable Tip Sheets can be saved to My NueLife Personal Page so you can easily find them again. You can also share Tip Sheets with a friend, family member or caregiver or print them out to take to your next doctor’s visit.
What are My Message Boards?
The NueLife.com Message Boards are where you can provide a comment or ask a question on a particular topic or shared interest to other NueLife members. You can track your postings by going to My NueLife Personal Page where you can see your latest message board activity, and find other recommended postings on similar topics.
Note: You can view and read the messages but you will not be able to comment or ask questions until you register as a NueLife member.
What are blogs?
A blog is a web log. NueLife.com has reoccurring blogs on health and lifestyle topics for adults 55 and older. You’ll be able to comment and ask questions on the blogs. You can track your blog postings by going to My NueLife Personal Page where you can see your recent postings or view other blogs.
Note: You can view and read the blogs but you will not be able to comment or ask questions until you register as a NueLife member.
How can I change or edit My Account?
To change or edit your account information, click the ‘Edit Account’ link on My NueLife Personal Page.
Add or edit as much information as you like. Once you are finished, click the ‘Submit’ button to save your changes.
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing Web content, such as updates to message boards/blogs. Using a RSS reader, you can view data feeds from various sources, such as NueLife.com, including headlines, summaries, links to full stories/threads.
Subscribe to NueLife.com's RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds to get updates on message boards and blogs of interest to you delivered directly to your desktop!
To view one of the NueLife.com's feeds in your RSS Aggregator:
1. Copy the URL/shortcut that corresponds to the topic that interests you.
2. Paste the URL into your reader.
RSS/News Aggregators:
RSS/News Aggregators (also called Readers) will download and display RSS feeds for you. A number of free and commercial News Aggregators are available for download.
Weblogs:
Another way many people use RSS feeds is by incorporating content into weblogs, or "blogs". Blogs are web pages comprised of usually short, frequently updated items and web links. Blogging as a publishing tool is used for many purposes: traditional journalism, personal journals, group discussions around a topic, and many combinations in-between.
